These terms govern your use of the SwapBins platform at www.swapbins.com. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use SwapBins.
SwapBins provides a venue for members to list swimming and diving equipment and accessories and to arrange swaps with one another. SwapBins is not a party to any swap, does not take custody of items, and does not handle payment between members. Any swap, sale or exchange is solely between the members involved.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SwapBins. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You may not transfer or sell your account, or create an account on behalf of someone else.
Describe items accurately, own or have the right to pass on anything you list, and keep communication and arrangements on-platform. Meet in safe, public places or at a SwapBins Center. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you list, hand over or receive an item.
You may not list, swap or request anything on the Prohibited & Restricted Items list, which includes alcohol, vapes, drugs, weapons, hazardous goods, counterfeits, medicines, and digital accounts. Listings are screened automatically and may also be reviewed after publication.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload, and you grant SwapBins a licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that reveals another person’s private information.
SwapBins is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing or member. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwapBins is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a swap, a member interaction, or your use of the platform.
We may remove a listing, restrict features, or suspend or close an account at any time — with or without notice — if we believe these terms or the item policy have been breached, or to protect members or the platform.
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always the one published on this page. Your continued use of SwapBins after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
